Program

Day 1 – Syracuse
Arrival at Catania airport, transfer and accommodation at the hotel expected.

Day 3 – Marzamemi – Noto
Breakfast and departure to the ancient village of Marzamemi. Free lunch. Departure for Noto and sightseeing capital of Sicilian Baroque, where you can admire the Cathedral recently restored and its important cultural and religious traditions . I’m going back to the hotel.

Day 4 – Syracuse
Breakfast and departure for the visit of the archaeological park of Neapolis in Syracuse (Greek Theater, Roman Amphitheater, the Latomie and Ear of Dionysius). Free lunch. Visit the historic center of Ortigia with the Temple of Minerva and the Fountain of Arethusa, the Hypogeum, the Castello Maniace. I’m going back to the hotel.

Day 5 – Modica – Scicli
Breakfast and departure for visit of Modica, called the lace town to the incredible richness of the decorations of civil and religious buildings. After “climbed” the 250 steps leading to the church of San Giorgio, you can restore in a typical cake’s shops downtown. The city in fact has a long tradition in the processing of chocolate and other specialties modicane. Free Lunch ep artenza Scicli where once you arrive, you will recognize immediately the Town Hall (the Vigata police station). Accommodation in hotels in Santa Croce Camerina area.

Day 6 – Ragusa – Donnafugata
Breakfast and departure to visit Ragusa, jewel of Sicilian Baroque, through the narrow streets leading to the Cathedral of St. George. Following departure for a visit to the Castle of Donnafugata. Free lunch. Back at the hotel stop on dry point beach for a pleasant surprise. I’m going back to the hotel.

Day 2 – Taormina and Acireale
Breakfast. Departure for the visit of Taormina and the Ancient Theater. Free lunch. Then visit of Acireale. I’m going back to the hotel.

Day 7 – Catania
Breakfast and free transfer to Catania airport.
